This Privacy Policy explains how Vending Mom LLC ("Vending Mom," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vendingmom.com or any page we operate (the "Site"), watch our free training, submit a form, or book a call with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you opt in to the free training, apply to work with us, book a call, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city/state, Instagram handle, and your answers to application questions (such as available capital, goals, and background).
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and advertising identifiers and campaign parameters (such as UTM parameters and Meta's click identifier, "fbclid"). We use cookies, pixels, and browser storage for this — see Section 5.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the free training and other content you request
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls you book with us
- To respond to your questions and provide support
- To send you marketing and promotional communications about our training, coaching program, and related offers (see Section 3)
- To measure and improve the Site, our content, and our advertising
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms & Conditions
3. Consent to be contacted (email, phone & text)
By submitting a form on the Site that includes your email address or phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Vending Mom LLC — including emails, phone calls, and text (SMS/MMS) messages, which may be sent using automated technology — at the email address and phone number you provide, regarding the free training, our coaching program, and related offers.
Your consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, reply HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving emails. You can also email us at team@vendingmom.com and we will honor your request.
No sharing of text-messaging consent: your mobile phone number and your opt-in consent to receive text messages are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — such as scheduling tools, form and survey tools, email and SMS platforms, spreadsheets and workflow automation, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners — such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure and improve our advertising, including through pixels and matched identifiers (see Section 5).
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or others.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies, pixels & ad tracking
The Site uses the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. We also store campaign parameters (UTMs and click identifiers) in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so we can attribute your visit if you return or complete a form later. You can limit tracking through your browser settings and through your ad preferences on platforms like Facebook and Instagram (facebook.com/adpreferences).
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above — generally, for as long as we have an active relationship with you and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email team@vendingmom.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can opt out of marketing at any time as described in Section 3.
8. Children
The Site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-party sites
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, video hosting, scheduling, and forms). Those services have their own privacy policies, and this Policy does not cover them.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
