Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vendingmom.com and any page we operate (the "Site"), our free training, and any content or services we provide (together, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Vending Mom LLC ("Vending Mom," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or submit any form on the Site.
2. The free training & educational content
The free training and all other content we provide is for general educational and informational purposes only. It describes Madison's experience building and operating her own vending machine route and the methods she used. It is not business, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. You should do your own research and consult your own advisors before starting or investing in any business.
3. Earnings & results disclaimer
We make no promise or guarantee that you will make money. Any revenue, profit, machine-count, or time figures shown on the Site (for example, "$21K–$29K/month," "16 machines," or "12–14 hours a week") describe Madison's own route and her personal results. They are not typical, not a projection of your results, and not a promise of future performance.
Starting a vending business involves real cost, real work, and real risk, including the risk of losing money. Your results will depend on factors we do not control, including your effort, your market, your locations, and your decisions. Testimonials or examples from other people, where shown, are individual experiences and are not typical.
4. Communications
When you submit your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us — including emails, phone calls, and text messages (which may be sent using automated technology) — as described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and use the unsubscribe link in any email.
5. Coaching program
Enrollment in any paid coaching program or cohort is subject to a separate agreement and separate payment terms presented at the time of enrollment. Nothing on the Site is an offer of enrollment, and we may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and all content we provide — including the training video, text, graphics, logos, and the "vending mom" name and wordmark — are owned by Vending Mom LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, record, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Do not submit false or misleading information or impersonate anyone
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Do not scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
8. Third-party services
The Services link to and embed third-party tools (such as video hosting, scheduling, and forms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vending Mom LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vending Mom LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
